Identify architectural ideas and solutions that best use the potential of the territory with an optimal combination of modern trends in the formation of residential spaces and construction technologies, materials, and structures. Develop a functional, planning, and spatial solutions for the residential quarter.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CONTEST RESULTS
The first stage is the "portfolio competition" according to the rules of the open competition. A competent jury will select 10-15 participants. During the second stage, selected participants perform competitive projects according to the task and regulations, according to the rules of a closed competition. As a result, the jury, with the participation of experts, identifies the winner by comparing and evaluating the submitted projects.
There is no registration fee!
We invite certified architects (both Russian and foreign) with at least 5 years of work experience in the specialty, urbanists, urban planners, professional architectural bureaus and workshops, or their consortia.

Several incentive awards - a total of 2,000,000 rubles (including all applicable taxes)-to the remaining participants of the 2nd Stage (if they meet the requirements of the competition), in equal shares, but no more than 500,000 each.
The author's team (author), who took the 1st place at the end of the competition, gets a preferential right to participate in the further implementation of the project on additionally agreed terms.
The jury and the organizer of the competition have the right to award special awards for individual achievements and successful decisions.
Projects that have received awards and special awards will be published in the media, acting as informational partners of the competition.
